1. Ownership of Platform & Software Codebase

All content, source code, user interfaces, visual design systems, algorithmic models, database schemas, and proprietary decision frameworks hosted on veteransvso.com are the exclusive intellectual property of Lawrence Widlkowski and VeteransVSO. All rights reserved.

2. Trademarks & Trade Dress

"VeteransVSO", "Vector AI", "Fast Track Claim Build Using AI", the VeteransVSO emblem, and associated logos, trade dress, and service marks are proprietary trademarks of the platform. You may not use, reproduce, or display these trademarks without prior express written authorization.

3. Algorithmic Decision Intelligence & TERA Modeling

The specialized automated cross-referencing models combining Title 38 CFR Part 4 Diagnostic Codes, M21-1 Adjudication procedures, 38 U.S.C. § 1119 Toxic Exposure Risk Activity (TERA) rules, and whole-person efficiency math represent proprietary decision architecture. Unauthorized reverse engineering, decompilation, automated data scraping, or replication of these workflows is strictly prohibited.

4. Public Domain Legal Statutes vs. Proprietary Tools

While Title 38 of the United States Code (U.S.C.), Title 38 of the Code of Federal Regulations (CFR), and official blank Department of Veterans Affairs form templates are public domain legal authorities, the specific software implementations, interactive line-by-line guidance, auto-population parsers, and cryptographic digital signature intake systems remain proprietary intellectual property.

5. Permitted Use & Veteran License

Veterans, service officers, and authorized caregivers are granted a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the platform solely for the purpose of preparing, building, and submitting their lawful VA disability and survivor benefit claims.
