PACT ACT EXPANDED DIC
If a veteran died of a toxic exposure condition (e.g. respiratory cancer, sinusitis, kidney disease) linked to burn pits, Agent Orange, or Camp Lejeune, the surviving spouse is eligible for full retroactive DIC back pay!
