2. PACT ACT STATUTORY PRESUMPTIVES
Under 38 U.S.C. Β§ 1116 and Section 1117 (PACT Act), veterans exposed to burn pits, particulate matter, Agent Orange, or contaminated water at Camp Lejeune do NOT need to prove individual chemical exposure causation if statutory service parameters are met.
